Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad el diseño y apoyo de gestión del riesgo basado en la NTC 5254 en construcción y rehabilitación del área técnica de “AUTOPISTAS DE SANTANDER S.A”, el cual se definió de acuerdo a las necesidades encontradas en el diagnostico previo a la empresa. Este plan de trabajo esta dividido en tres partes, la primera se da a conocer el marco teórico donde se hace énfasis en la administración del riesgo. La segunda parte trata de la metodología como se desarrollo e implementó el mecanismo al tema tratado. Haciendo referencia a la metodología empleada en esta investigación se cuenta con tres fases, donde la primera de ellas es el diagnostico previo, en esta fase se procederá a determinar si la organización aplica la gestión de riesgo a su proceso de construcción y rehabilitación del área técnica. En la segunda fase se procedió a la documentación o diseño del sistema de gestión de riesgo de Autopistas de Santander S.A. en el área técnica donde se realizara la recolección de información conceptual clave, la cual será complementada con el análisis de datos obtenido mediante la aplicación de las diferentes entrevistas, toda esta fase estará enfocada de acuerdo a la NTC 5254 Gestión de Riesgo y al proceso de gestión del riesgo. Por último, la tercera parte se dan a conocer las conclusiones y recomendaciones como apoyo al Sistema de Gestión de Riesgo en la parte de construcción y rehabilitación, y con su análisis así aportando una posible maximización de oportunidades económicas y minimización de pérdidas.

This project going to be divided in three parts, the first one, we are going to explain the theory within the framework of risk management. The second part represents the methodology as the most important way to implement the right way of the subject. The precedent of the design documentation of risk management system of "AUTOPISTAS DE SANTANDER S.A.”. It was took as the conceptual key data collection, which will be complemented within the analysis of the results indifferent cases while some interviews, all of this phase will be focused according to the 5254 NTC and the Risk Management. Finally, the third part presents the conclusions and recommendations in support of the Risk Management System in the construction and rehabilitation, with its own analysis than can show a maximization of economic opportunities and minimizing profit and loss.
