Diagnostico de amenaza y vulnerabilidad en asentamientos informales en el Norte de Bucaramanga

Abstract

La informalidad genera que personas que no tengan un terreno para construir estén obligadas a invadir y autoconstruir en cualquier sitio olvidado por personas o el estado sin importar el impacto del riesgo en que pueden verse afectada. De acuerdo con los objetivos propuestos en este proyecto se desarrolló una metodología en la que se presentan dos etapas la revisión de fuentes bibliográficas y la descripción de los aspectos a evaluar en cada vivienda. Por medio de encuestas realizadas en Urbanización las Olas, Villa Maria y Altos del Progreso, barrios ubicados en la zona norte de Bucaramanga se estableció un nivel de vulnerabilidad en la que se encuentran las viviendas en su parte estructural y con los estudios de la Corporación Autónoma Regional para la Defensa de la Meseta de Bucaramanga –CDMB- se analizó el tipo de suelo para así poder establecer la amenaza en la que se encuentran los asentamientos, con estos dos factores se realizó una matriz calificativa con el fin determinar el nivel de impacto del riesgo en el que se encuentran los asentamientos informales. De acuerdo al análisis de resultados se determinó que todos los barrios se encuentran bajo un riesgo medio por remoción en masa, un riesgo medio por erosión y un riesgo bajo por avenidas fluviotorrenciales. Al analizar las encuestas se observó que la mayor parte de las viviendas fueron autoconstruidas por sus habitantes sin ningún tipo de asesoría técnica por ende muchas viviendas presentan problemas estructurales que las hacen muy vulnerables. Toda la zona de estudio se encuentra ubicada sobre un terreno con una amenaza de movimientos en masa determinados por un informe coordinado entre INGEOMINAS, la CDMB y la alcaldía municipal encargada de la zona, con esto se pudo determinar el tipo amenaza en la que se encuentran los barrios.

By means of surveys carried out in the Urbanization las Olas, Villa Maria and the Altos del Progreso, neighborhoods located in the northern zone of Bucaramanga it is established a level of vulnerability in which dwellings may be found in its structural part and with the studies of the Autonomous Regional Corporation for the Defense of the Bucaramanga plateau -CDMB- was analyzed the soil type so as to be able to establish the threat that they are in the settlements, with these two factors was conducted qualifying a matrix to determine the level of impact of the risk are the informal settlements. According to the analysis of results it was determined that all neighborhoods are under a medium risk by landslides, a medium risk by erosion and low risk fluviotorrenciales avenues. To analyze the surveys noted that most of the houses were auto-build by its inhabitants without any kind of technical advice therefore many houses presenting structural problems that make them very vulnerable. The entire study area is located on a plot of land with a threat of mass movements determined by a report coordinated between INGEOMINAS, CDMB and the municipal mayor which was responsible for the area, with this we were able to determine the type threat that they are in the neighborhoods.
