Aplicación de las medidas asistenciales educativas en el marco de la ley 1448 del 2011. Un estudio desde su acceso, eficacia e implementación

Abstract

La presente monografía busca delimitar las medidas de carácter asistencial en materia de educación que trae consigo la normativa colombiana en el marco del conflicto armado, dando cuenta de los principales beneficios con los que cuentan la personas víctimas del conflicto armado y cómo estos se han desarrollado a lo largo de los años bajo las concepciones de accesibilidad, eficacia, atención e implementación. Permitiendo contestar entonces a los integrantes de ¿Cuáles son las medidas asistenciales que trae consigo la Ley 1448 del 2011 y sus normativas derivadas? Y ¿cómo se han venido implementado desde Gobierno Nacional en la sociedad colombiana víctima del conflicto interno?

This monograph seeks to delimit the assistance measures in the field of education that the Colombian legislation brings with it in the context of the armed conflict, giving an account of the main benefits available to the victims of the conflict and how these have been developed over the years under the concepts of accessibility, effectiveness, attention and implementation. This will allow answering the questions: ¿What are the assistance measures provided by Law 1448 of 2011 and its derived regulations? And ¿how have they been implemented by the Government in the Colombian society victim of the interna! conflict?. Therefore, it is intended to make a bifocal analysis with respect to a documentary and data collection that give rise to the answers that are expected from questions and once this objective is accomplished, to establish the main strategies to be implemented by the Government with a view to obtaining the express and implied objectives of the law in the achievement of rights that allow victims to access beneficia! scenarios for the restitution of their rights.
