Viewing a Command Set File

The TL1 Message Builder tool provides you the ease of building a command set hiding the complexities of the XML structure by providing a easy-to-use graphical interface. The information provided in the command set would help you to create TL1 message definitions specific to a TL1 device or a group of TL1 devices. This topic will explain how to view those files from the tool in the XML format.

You have to load a Command Set file in order to view it. In case you have loaded many Command Set files, select the file to view and click the File button from the View menu. This will open a new window that displays the Command Set file as shown in the figure. If no file is loaded or the file is not selected, an error dialog is displayed.

Click the Close button to close the window.
